Auction acquisitions

The auction room rewards preparation and punishes emotion. We do the preparation.

Fees

Agreed in writing before any work begins.

Our fees are transparent, agreed in advance and confirmed in our Terms of Business. Depending on the mandate, we work on a fixed sourcing fee, a percentage of purchase price, or a retained-search basis for portfolio clients. You will never receive an invoice you have not seen coming.

Consumer protection

Redress, insurance and supervision — as standard.

19 Sourcing Ltd is a member of the Property Redress Scheme (PRS059653), holds professional indemnity insurance, is supervised by HMRC for anti-money laundering and is registered with the ICO. If anything ever falls short, our complaints procedure gives you an independent route to resolution.
